Raut Uni-Tech has complete milling, turning, grinding, EDM and tool room facilities to provide all necessary machining processes. We also design & Manufacture fixtures & tooling’s to improve cycle time and reduce cost.

  • CAD / CAM

Our 3 & 4 axis Machine Programming, Tool Design and Programming are supported by staff of experienced manufacturing engineers, CAD/CAM programmers and toolmakers. Drawings / 3-D Data can be received electronically in most compatible formats.

Since its establishment Raut Uni-Tech manufacturing facilities have maintained the highest standards of quality control and assurance.
In-process inspection steps assure that only quality parts are moved to the next process step. A robust non-conformance system in place assures that the root cause of any process defects are promptly address and corrected, resulting in savings for all parties. We provide complete traceability..
Our quality system encompasses receipt, identification, stocking and issuance of parts and material, and the entire process of manufacturing, packaging, storage and shipping. Raut Uni-Tech is already complying with the requirements ISO 9001:2000and expect to certify to this standards shortly.
Our Quality Control Inspection Dept. assures that all documented final inspections measurements meet your required specifications. All controlled measuring and monitoring devices are periodically calibrated.
Raut Uni-Tech personnel have gone through training in various quality control standards, machining techniques, conventional and computer-aided drafting, and CNC Programming.
